Refund Policy!

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on orders due to the perishable nature of our products and the customization based on your preferences. However, if the goods are seriously damaged, we will be happy to provide a replacement after careful verification, read instructions below:

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, we’re happy to offer a full refund as long as the cancellation is made at least 2 days before your selected delivery date. After this time, we may have already begun preparing your order, and we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel it.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. You are always welcome to cancel your order for a full refund (provided we have not already made the order, please see above)

The Number of days required to replace the product- 5 days

The Number of days when the refund amount will hit the client’s bank account. – 5 days

Address errors

If you have placed an order to the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct it. If we have already sent out your order, we can try to redirect it, but unfortunately we will not be able to refund you or replace your goods if you have provided us with the wrong address and it is too late to correct it.

Please note that we are not responsible for checking you have entered your address correctly – double check you have not made a typo and that it has not auto filled a different address!!

Damaged Orders Policy

While we take great care in packaging our brownies securely, sometimes delivery drivers can be a bit rough. Unfortunately, our brownies aren’t indestructible!

If your order arrives damaged, please email us to contactkrookie@gmail.com  with photos of the damage. While we don’t guarantee a refund or replacement, we’ll assess the situation based on the extent of the damage. For example, if it’s just cracked, we won’t be able to replace it, but if it’s severely damaged, like being run over, we’ll certainly make it right!

Delivery Policy

At KROOKIE, we don’t personally deliver parcels. Instead, we rely on trusted third-party delivery services,while we carefully select the most reliable courier services, we cannot 100% guarantee that your order will arrive on the selected delivery date. If timely delivery is a concern, we recommend ordering for an earlier date. If there are any delays, we’ll gladly reach out to the courier to help track your package.

If your order takes more than 5 days to arrive, we’d be happy to offer a refund or replacement, as we believe you should enjoy your brownies while they’re still fresh! Please note that this policy excludes rural addresses, as they are subject to our order-at-your-own-risk policy.
